When your payment is confirmed you will be sent an email.

Shipping

Deliveries will be made only to the Paying Card Holder's address entered when placing your order, or to your verified PayPal address.

Current Shipping and Post & Packing Rates

£4 flat rate UK, Europe & Worldwide.

Delivery guidance: UK, up to 3 business days, EU up to 5 business days, Worldwide up to 7 business days. All deliveries are insured and may need to be signed for at destination.

Returns/Refunds

Refunds are given at the discretion of CGenie. As electronic goods are intangible and irrevocable refunds are not normally issued, although we will deal with them on a case by case basis. All refund requests must be made no later than 5 days after purchase and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
